Well, seems to me that the only thing worse than a CIS playing by flawed and outmoded rules is a CIS NOT playing by ANY rules! The revision of the bulletin is an arbitrary and illegal action that has caused monetary and non-monetary damages to thousands of law-abiding tax-paying legal aliens like myself. Someone has to be held accountable! If this is a land of liberty and justice, then we demand justice. I'm signing on to the lawsuit. Point me to the dotted line.
