USCIS EXTENDS TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PREMIUM PROCESSING SERVICE FOR I-140 PETITIONS

As was already clear from the FAQs released yesterday, the USCIS issued an [1] update today confirming that it will continue the temporary suspension of Premium Processing for I-140 petitions until further notice.
