USCIS URGES H-2B EMPLOYERS TO CONTINUE IDENTIFYING “RETURNING WORKERS”

In an [1] Update issued yesterday, the USCIS is urging employers to continue identifying “returning workers” on H-2B petitions for Fiscal Year 2008 start dates.
