Who needs Congress to pass CIR? The Department of Homeland Security has implemented its own priorties using the laws already on the boks. [1] A Fact Sheet: Improving Border Security and Immigratin Within Existing Law that was issued today explains the government’s plans. Looks like its full steam ahead on enforcement for the foreseeable future.
