USCIS CORRECTED ITS AUGUST 3 UPDATE REGARDING RECEIPTING

The USCIS coorected its August 3rd [1] Update regarding the date before which the Nebraska Service Center was issuing Receipt Notices for I-485 Applications. The Update originally stated that cases received on or before July 11, 2007 were being issued receipts. Without much fanfare, this date was changed to July 1, 2007.

Another Update should be out today as the USCIS stated it would be issuing them weekly. I will keep you posted.
