USCIS APPLICATION AND RECEIPTING UPDATE (11/1/07)

The USCIS has released its weekly [1] Receipting Update. Nebraska is issuing receipts for EB I-140s and I-485 received on 10/9/07.

A couple of observations: the Texas Service Center has not indicated receipting dates for I-140 or I-485s, and the Update is dated November 1, 2007 and should be today, November 2, 2007. My guess is that the agency will revise this Update for completeness and accuracy.
