H-1B CAP UPDATE - 12/8/2009

As of December 8, 2009, 61,500 out of 65,000 available FY-2010 cap-subject H-1B petitions have been filed with the USCIS. The annual cap is expected to be exhausted in a matter of weeks, if not days.
