The USCIS issued its latest Receipting Update. As I predicted, the Texas Service Center showed modest progress. My guess is that once Texas gets through the July 2nd receipts, they will quickly move ahead a couple of weeks and slow down again. This Update is on par with the Receipts our office has received.
