The USCIS weekly Receipting Update for October 5, 2007 was released yesterday. A new one is theoretically due today…I wouldn’t hold my breath.

TECHNICAL ISSUE RESOLVED
The technical issue with this site was apparently resolved. I will post news tomorrow.

MIGRANT IS DEPORTED, $49,000 STAYS
Those who follow the immigration issue closely may be familiar with this story. On another note, no Receipting Update was issued by the USCIS this week. I guess it will come on Tuesday given the long weekend.
