INCREASE IN EARLY CAP-SUBJECT H-1B DEMAND FOR FY-2013

According to AILA, USCIS has informed the organization that as of April 4, 2012, 22,323 cap-subject H-1B cases were received by the USCIS.  Approximately 25% of these were for U.S. advanced degree cases.  This is almost double the number of cases received at the same time last year.
