CALIFORNIA LANDLORDS CANNOT ASK ABOUT IMMIGRATION STATUS

According to the Associated Press:  “California has become the first state to prohibit landlords from asking tenants about their immigration status, drawing sighs of relief from property owners who were concerned they might have to be ‘de-facto immigration cops.'”

  1. Of course not, that would be the first step to making those who hire and pay ILLEGAL ALIENS responsible for their actions. We can’t have business be responsible for the problem like they are. If business’s were held criminally responsible for harboring and abetting CRIMINALS then it might not be an issue. No jobs for them, no reason to come here and that holds true for the government funded programs too as well as the medical care that bankrupts hospitals and destroys citizens who get in accidents with them who have no insurance or licenses to even drive.
