ONLY 11% OF PERM CASES RESOLVED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF FILING

Has your PERM case been pending more than six months?  You’re not alone.  According to the DOL, for the quarter ending March 31, 2009, 11% of employer applications for permanent labor certification were resolved within six months of filing.  This compares with 94% for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.  (AILA InfoNet Doc.
